What's up with Melvin Ray? He's playing this year, right? And if so, aren't the Dodgers paying for his way?

Melvin Ray is playing this year as a walk-on, the Dodgers are paying his way. Per Robin Beach he's got good potential.

just wanted to post that I think that Jonathan Jones is going to be the sleeper of the class on defense. His track speed with his insane foot quickness (evidenced by being the 2 time National Champion in the 110m hurdles) will translate well at corner.
