You guys seemed very excited about Kearse, why now are some of you acting like you never wanted him and are glad he's going to Clemson? Is he not a good player?idk much about him.

He's had character flaws, but would be a great safety prospect. I'd like to have him, but with him being so indecisive, it is hard to think he'd be solid anywhere he went. He's been a headcase so far in his recruitment.

The kid has talent and I was happy to have him the first time but when he decommitted and then decommitted from Miami too it threw a red flag.

Do you enjoy being passive aggressive? Why don't you just come out and say what you really want to say all the time instead of beating around the bush?

Ahh I wasn't aware he he had already decommitted twice.I miss the days when players waited til after their senior season and announced at All Star games or on NSD, with so many kids committing so early now a lot more flipping and decommitting seems to be going on.I agree with a lot of the coaches that college football needs to have an early signing period.

Since USC added Redd today do you think Rodgers gets left out?

not sure how that'll work out for them, but I seriously doubt it.... will be interesting to see if rodgers becomes an EE... would seem that USC taking Redd would limit one of their potential EEs.

regardless, i'd be surprised if Redd affected Rodgers.

You mean if one of their scholarship players would give it up and be a walkon? Who in the world would volunteer for that?

i imagine a semester a SC isn't cheap (40,000???).... i'd be pretty damn pissed if a coach making six figures asked my family to pay my way....

I heard Redd won't count against their numbers this year, something to do with the PSU ruling.

I thought I read where they were going to see if one of their walkons would give up a scholly.

That's plan B. They're hoping someone won't qualify.

It would not surprise me if LK convinced someone to give up their scholarship for another player. He is somehow convincing star players to come to a school where they won't have any depth and if a couple of them get hurt the entire team could fall apart.
