Yea, but most of the time you have a pretty good idea.. Eddie Goldman and tj were the only two that surprised me last year, hence the room for Wallace and Adams ...

How much of a turn around our Defense makes this year will be the biggest factor in who we get. If the Defense is good enough people notice, then it will put us in a better position and even add interest from some that aren't really even looking at Auburn right now.

Some notes from Joel Erickson:

"WR Ricardo Louis has really jumped out in offseason drills. He is really quick off the ball"
-Tre Mason

"Kiehl Frazier is dominating the way he did in High School"
-Mason

You will probably see some 5 wide sets with Omac or Mason split out wide. Also see Lutz out wide.

Mason on Prosch: "We call him the Hulk. Smashes everything in his way"

Tre Mason feels like a more complete back at 205. "I didn't lose any speed, I feel like I've gotten faster." Recently ran a 4.35 (He played at 190 last year)

Stallworth in more or less words said he was frustrated with Gus's system last year. Likes Loeffler's a lot better. He will play out wide and in the slot.

The rest was about Frazier being more vocal and becoming a leader, also Ricky Parks has been turning heads according to the players.

and yes I'm bored..

Is there a link or is it premium content?

ETA: Also, I am getting a malware warning on the previous page related to something linked from Tidefans which the wartning claims is a known distributor of malware.

That is a very, VERY bold statement by Mason.

It certainly is. I hope the college game comes around for Frazier. Damn, we need a good QB back there.

T-Zach with better measurables. Should be a good receiver for us.

This is funny as shite. I wonder who got that accomplished?

ETA: The whole Bammer recruiting thread does it too.

Frazier is an absolute stud QB. He simply lacked confidence this year. It absolutely BAFFLED me when everyone was jumping off of his bandwagon. He has a big arm, has plenty of size, incredible mobility and moves in the open field. And now he's starting to show the great "it factor" he had in HS winning 3 state titles and 3 MVPs of the title game. He was simply too shy as an 18 year old last year around a bunch of college "men" in his eyes, to feel comfortable being looked at as the leader. Can't say I blame him. Now that he's confident and comfortable in his own skin, he'll be a big time playmaker at QB for us. Not just a game manager.

I would think at this point the hope would be for someone who is servicable. Having a "game manager" isn't so bad when guys like Clint get a ton of PT.

If Frazier has made huge strides then auburn will be a formidable team this fall. On that same token y'all should pray he stays in the pocket..he isn't built to take hits like cam was and mosley will send yall back to mediocrity, JMO

Game managers are only successful when they have a complete team around them. They are just trying to "not mess things up."

We don't have that complete team of proven talent yet. We need more than someone who is servicable or who simply manages games if we're going to compete with the stronger teams on our schedule.

dude's 6-2 230... he's bigger than every running back we have on campus right now...

Everyone looks small compared to Cam, but he's got very good size, mobility, and decent speed.

There has never been a running QB built like Cam and there have been many successful running qbs.

Tebow, Vick, Young...all successful running Qbs and none of them were 6'6" 250.

From the little I've seen him run though he runs high and like a QB, he's not built to take punishment in the open field...oh an 230 seems a bit embellished
