I haven't seen much film on him, but considering all his offers, it's pretty surprising. With all the other highly touted played on our board, I wonder if we would take a committment from him right now.

Auburn is most likely done with recruiting the cornerback position in the 2013 class. They will still actively recruit some of the top guys but most likely won't have room for an additional corner.
Offensive guard Khaliel Rodgers from Eastern Christian Academy has a firm offer from Auburn and the Tigers would accept a commitment from him at any time. Rodgers is expected to visit Auburn within the next two weeks along with his teammate and Auburn commit, CB Jahmere Irvin-Sills. I think Auburn is in good shape for Rodgers.

They're crazy over there.
Here are some samples from the past couple of days:

Anyone else have a good feeling about this guy?
-Position coach is a former Vol
-Loves coach Sal
-Mom is pushing multiple visits
It just seems like the stuff he is pointing out in interviews aren't your run of the mill recruit talking points.
"AU has a sick pair of DE's committed in Lawson and Liner." gets the following reply:
quote:
People shouldnt be shocked if both decommit.

This is our biggest target of the entire recruiting class

And it feels like we've got all the momentum right now.

I'm calling it we get three five stars this class we get derrick green, kendall fuller, and flip carl lawson
Ever since Bow9den got the banhammer over there, they've had no one to temper their expectations.

From Alabama insider, unless he's trolling.

Hey guys....got some awful news. My best guy just told me that Foster silent committed at Big Cat weekend. No announcement yet, keeping it quiet. Crap! I tried to warn BOL about it but of course they wouldn't listen. Oh well, Saban has a plan.

IDK, but that would be awesome. Wonder if Trey Johnson would stay committed if Foster flips?

And, it has started...
I still question whether or not to believe this right now, too.

I hope not. With his coverage skills, I think he could be a stud OLB alongside Foster in the Middle. Regardless, we are going to have some stud LB's next year.

Don't all those bama fans chat with one another? I would guess trying to troll

Yes, which makes this whole thing very sketchy.

Just looks like a group trolling effort to me...."get the barnerz hopes up then boom, foster signs with bama"
But hey, I have no sources on this matter. If he stays at AHS, I'll entertain the thought of us flipping Foster.

I wouldn't pay no mind at all to what they are saying right now. I play a lot of Poker and they are trying to sell a bad hand too hard. It's all bullshite and they are trolling. We will get who we get. Lawson is way committed to Auburn regardless of what is coming out of TN.
Let the gumps play their game and look stupid. I wouldn't trust anyone concerning Foster until he signs. Foster has always been a long shot and remains to be so regardless of all the fun we had trolling bama fans the last couple of weeks. Which worked well I might add. DON"T BITE THE WORM IT"S POISONED!!!

OK Rocky but we aren't trolling, we trust Dixie that is why he was asked to come here, he has had threads deleted off BOL with scoops before Mods knew and honestly this is the 1st I've heard anything from him on R.Foster, he's always said on BOL "Solid, will sign with Bama"

Hmm...
I'm just going to take a slow approach to all this news. I'm definitely not questioning Dixie's info or insider status.

Bucc too many of your posters character changed in their posts. I have rarely seen Magilla if ever seen magilla run a player down like he did Foster in a couple of threads. He was the big giveaway for me.
Good try though I like the team effort. You all went overkill though...just saying
