I thought you can only sign more than 25 if you per se signed 21 the previous year and you would have to have those sign in December and enroll in Jan.

No dont think it is. You can only sign 25 from Dec 1 to May 31. So you can get creative, just the same. UGA should be able to sign around 30.

You might want to read the link I proveded.
Allow signees to be exempt from the 25 limit if they can be counted as an initial counter in the current year.
Last year even though UA signed 26 we only signed 23 the year before. It was reported we were able to backcount either 2 or 3 last year. By the numbers if we backcounted 2 we only brought in 24 for last class. Meaning this class can exempt 1 EE to 2012. Meaning we can bring in 26. But it could be greater.

The actual new 25 rule benefits teams and makes it simpilar in away.
The only concern any staff has is the 85 rule. It is the only number that can not be changed and a team can not have more than 85 on scholly at any time. The 25 rule is window dressing at its best and no more.

Jesse needs to lose the duck face. That is for sluts. And even though I'm sure he has become quite the ladies man around campus between an Australian accent and starting on the football team, it isn't the kind of impression he needs to give the kids.

That too. I worry about his ability to play NG because his base probably isn't going to be as strong as Cody's or Chapman's.

Thats the point. Like the tax alot of window dressing to make it look legit but anyone that has a clue knows the loopholes.

The staff has the same type of barring as they had on Trent with Jesse, they wont let him go over 600 on squats.

In that case, he must get a lot of bang for his buck out of his legs. He doesn't have a very big lower body for a guy who weighs over 300 pounds.

The fact that he has to make a statement makes it seem to me like he is flipping.
