Look, it's June. Rueben has been an Alabama fan his entire life. Some of you need to take a step back, a deep breath, and chill the frick out. I don't have any inside information when it comes to his recruitment, but people I trust feel he is solid. He's gonna be in Tuscaloosa in two days. Just relax.

I'd rather have Walker Jones a LB than Toney, comparable talents. One is a legacy though and could flip to offense...

Good point Magilla, I kind of forgot about WJ in all of this. He would look great in Crimson just like his brothers.

I can't remember which one in LA it was. The bigger LB I think about 240#. Reminded me and others, a little of Hightower.

I think that is Melvin Jones. Should come down to us and LSU, just like the other two I mentioned.

That's just a way to deal with coaches who are pressuring you. hmmm, that would make sense.

Being in sales I've seen this before. When someone's pitch gets to an overwhelming point, a buyer will say anything to appease them in for the moment. Only to call them once he's left and tell them he's still not sure about things, and he going to reevaluate things.

I have a feeling AU coaches layed it on pretty heavy for a commit from him.

Just my opinion, but if Foster is really flipping, then I would expect for him to decommit this week, and open his recruitment back up. Only to commit to AU in the future. I highly doubt he's going to remain a silent to them, and openly to us until signing day he flips.

If we start getting quotes this week that resemble "well I had a great time at AU, I'm really diggin' the family vibe. I'm really not sure whats going on right now. I just need some time to think about things". Then I'll worry.

If he already weighs 240 pounds it will all depend on if he prefers LB or DE.

Williams, Johnson, Beckwith, Jones, and Thomas for LBs in the class. Not a bad haul. 8)

Hey guys....got some awful news. My best guy just told me that Foster silent committed at Big Cat weekend. No announcement yet, keeping it quiet. Crap! I tried to warn BOL about it but of course they wouldn't listen. Oh well, Saban has a plan.

You Bams need to wait until after he visits T-Town and is around the coaches and players.
I spoke to a friend who talked to Foster the week before the AHS spring game.He was at practice to watch his grandson who is on the team.He asked Foster if there was a chance he would flip to AU. Foster told my friend No.That he had commited to bama and he was good for his word. When asked what made him chose bama he said the school the coaches and the players. He is getting an aufull lot of pressure to flip to AU but if I were you I would wait to hear from him next week. You all sound like a bunch of girlie-boys...

I hope the Aubs are right and Dixie is just fricking with us. I don't know him from BOL, does he pull shite like this. There used to be a poster on Tidesports that did.

Even if what DM is posting is true. I hate to say it, but I saw the same things being said about Yeldon. He was saying all the right things about being solid to Auburn. So I believed in what you are saying at one time as a gauge, but after what Yeldon did none of what you posted means a thing. Just my opinion so tifwiw.

I've also seen people buy something and regret it later when they found something they liked better.

I wasnt speaking in absolutes, just my opinion on the matter.

It is recruiting, and anything can. I just dont get the feeling that Foster will flip. But it wouldnt be the first, or last time I've been wrong about something.
