Alabama: "I really don’t know right now where Alabama wants me to play. They have talked to me about receiver, tight end and running back. I really just want to play running back. I will see really where they want me next Monday."

It’s clear that Scarbrough wants to be a running back at the next level despite reports that he could grow out of the position. Michigan was the only school to offer him as an athlete, and he said the Wolverines staff liked him more as a wide receiver.

“I really didn’t want to be offered as an athlete because if I do go there, they can put me at a spot that I don’t want to play,” Scarbrough said.

Sounds like Derrick Henry part 2. Some of these kids are just stupid. If you can play something besides RB, why the hell would you willfully shorten your playing career by demanding to play the most physically taxing position on the field?

Baltimore (Md.) Gilman Top247 defensive lineman Henry Poggi is in decision-making mode, following a spring where he got a chance to visit all of his top schools.

“Michigan has been recruiting him very hard for a long time, as has Alabama,” Biff Poggi, Henry’s father and coach said. “Those are the two schools recruiting him the hardest. He really respects both of the coaching staffs. He spent a lot of time with both Coach (Brady) Hoke and Coach (Nick) Saban, and it’s going to be a really hard choice for him.”

The elder Poggi added that Tennessee and Texas A&M also remain in the mix.

“I think he’ll make a decision soon,” Poggi said. “Within the next 30 days.

“He’s been everywhere. he’s done everything, now people are just trying to sway him one way or the other at this point.”

As a junior, Poggi had 49 tackles, 11 stops for loss, 10 sacks and a forced fumble. Other programs to offer includes the likes of Auburn, California, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Stanford, Vanderbilt and Virginia.

247Sports ranks Poggi as the nation’s No. 7 defensive tackle and No. 105 prospect overall.

BS is the same size as yeldon with better speed. I hope to God we can sign him and line him up in the backfield. It's going to be a crowded backfield though. Yeldon, T. Jones, Drake, Scarborough look the best on film. Henry will go the brent calloway route if he signs with bama and tennpenny will be playing for malzahn in 3 years if we hang onto T. Jones and sign Bo. Bo is a major major talent running the rock. Drake is probably our most underrated signee, kid can really run, maybe he'll be willing to change positions though and open up some carries for tennpenny to hang around. We're just loaded, good problem to have

That sucks, I thought that he was back to 100%. I hope that he didn't have a setback with his ankle. Hopefully this is just a new injury that isn't too serious.
