idk man thats a pretty good size DE 290-300 in our 3-4.
Just like Brandon Lewis said in that earlier article, he would have been one of the smallest DEs if he were there this year. And he was 290 at his peak.

Alabama visited Dwyer High School (West Palm Beach, Fla.) on Wednesday to see 2014 wide receiver Johnnie Dixon, a 6-foot, 175-pound target. Dixon already holds an offer from Florida State.
Five-star linebacker, the nation's No. 2 overall player and Alabama 2013 commitment, Reuben Foster, has accepted an invite to the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge. There will be a ton of talent in Atlanta that weekend, and we'll bring you wall-to-wall coverage. 2014 Alabama target Bo Scarbrough will be there also.
As I brought you earlier in the week, Alabama 2013 commitment, Grant Hill, accepted an invitation to play in the 2013 U.S. Army All-American Game.
Five-star forward Devonta Pollard was tentatively scheduled to announce his decision Friday, but two sources close to the elite player told me he put of his decision. The basketball signing period runs until May 16. Pollard still has a list of Alabama, Georgetown, Missouri and Texas. One source has told me Pollard favors Alabama and Missouri.
Earlier this week I told you have Texas wide receiver Eldridge Massington's offer from Alabama. Friday he committed to USC.
Hendersonville, Tenn., 2014 athlete Jalen Hurd received an offer from Alabama this week. He visited campus for A-Day.
With Phillip Sims' departure, the pressure on Alabama to land a quarterback(s) for the 2013 class skyrocketed. Cooper Bateman is still at the top of UA's wish list, and the four-star plans to visit Alabama again in June before making his decision. A couple of targets that emerged this week are Max Staver, a 6-foot-5, 230-pounder from Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, Tenn.) who performed well at an Atlanta camp two weeks ago, and John O'Korn, who I told you about Friday.
While it has three commitments along the offensive line for the 2013 class, Alabama is still looking for a tackle (Bradley Bozeman, Andy Dodd and Grant Hill are all projected at guard, although I think Hill could move to tackle). Keep a watch on Leon Brown, a 6-foot-6, 315-pound tackle out of ASA College in Brooklyn, N.Y. Brown played at Parkdale High School in Riverdale, Md.
Lake Charles, La., inside linebacker Melvin Jones picked up an Alabama offer this week. Jones is 6-foot-3, 246 pounds. Check out his highlight video here.
Alabama is already heavily involved for one of the nation's best 2014 cornerbacks, Marlon Humphrey. Another 2014 cornerback to watch is Jabrill Peppers of Paramus Catholic (Parmus, N.J.). It has to help that Alabama has Anthony Averett, a native of Woodbury, N.J., coming in with the 2013 class.
Another defensive back Alabama checked on this week is Hollywood, Fla., cornerback Adrian Baker. Baker is 6-foot-1, 168 pounds with in-state offers from Florida and Florida State.
Rivals100 defensive tackle Henry Poggi visited Alabama last weekend. He is former teammates with 2013 Alabama commitment Cyrus Jones. Poggi is 6-foot-4, 260 pounds and the nation's No. 2 ranked defensive tackle. Watch his film.
The Alabama coaching staff visited a couple of Mobile-area athlete in McGill-Toolen quarterback Jason Smith and Fairhope wide receiver Nate Andrews.
Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart dropped by Dadeville High School to check in on Rod Crayton. Crayton doesn't have an Alabama offer, but does from Arkansas, LSU, Michigan and Tennessee among others.
A couple of running backs Alabama continues to show interest in are Derrick Green, of Hermitage (Richmond, Va.), and Augustus Edwards of Staten Island, N.Y. Green is a Rivals100 back, measuring 6-foot, 215 pounds. Watch his film. Edwards is also a load at 6-foot-1, 222 pounds. Watch his film. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last running back at Alabama from New York helped win a national championship. Can you name him?
Alabama is also showing interest in three-star strongside defensive end Paul James, from Miami.
In last week's recruiting blog I told you about Alabama's interest in tight end Mack Weaver. The Tide is also looking at is Durham, N.C., target Josh McNeil. McNeil is 6-foot-5, 235 pounds and is rated a three-star. He spoke to Coach Nick Saban this week and is scheduled to visit Tuscaloosa in June.
Alabama is looking at punter Ian Wheeler from Habersham Central in Mount Airy, Ga.
This bears repeating given the hype surrounding his recruitment, but don't expect an announce from the nation's top player, Robert Nkemdiche, on May 18 as he originally planned. Nkemdiche wants to visit all four/five of his favorite schools before making a decision. He may even wait an announce at an all-star game in January 2013.

I'll check with Mickey tomorrow and let you know what the feeling is.
That is his coach in Georgia not the mouse down in Florida.
He was a teammate of my son's and also in his wedding. We stay in touch but I haven't asked about RN because it's RN's party and it's good to let him enjoy the process.

I think Willis will end up at Bama also. Not based in fact or anything I've heard, just the way I see it. Doesn't fit the 3-4 as well but he can play in it.

What that I said can be proved incorrect with the use of facts?
Remember, I called the Alphonse Taylor switch awhile back...
