I have stumbled upon a guy I like though. Not as much as Allen and Bateman, mind you, but he does look good. He's also from Louisiana so that should russle up the LSU fans.
His name is Damian Williams from Rummel. He has been a starter for 3 years at a 5A school. He doesn't have the height that you normally want in a QB, but he is solidly built.
He knows how to work under Center and he has a very fluid throwing motion. His arm looks very good and he has a few minor hiccups with his footwork sometimes, but mostly he is spot on in his drops and throwing on the run.
He just competed in the Elite 11 camp (Atlanta maybe? Article didn't say where it was) where 89 QBs went to compete and he was selected to move on to the Finals.
Here are his highlights:

He looks like a right handed Malik Zaire to me. Shorter guy, shifty, with a cannon for an arm. He doesn't have elite speed so he's not ranked as high as Zaire, but I like him.
ETA: Some of you might like him to, especially those that were on the Zaire train a few months ago (Magilla, Bucc).
And just to be clear, I would much rather snag Austin Allen or Cooper Bateman, but if we miss out on those two and perhaps Trubisky as well, I wouldn't mind going after Williams. I like him much more than I do Connor Mitch.

Despite all the accolades he earned on Saturday, Foster was more excited to jet out of the camp because he was going to prom later that evening where he'll no doubt be competing for another award as best dressed linebacker in the country.
He didn't attend A Day game because of the prom. I guess this will be his second prom of the year, Auburn High's?

Alabama signed interior offensive lineman Isaac Luatua out of La Mirada (Ca.) in the class of 2011. The Crimson Tide are back at the south Los Angeles school, this time to pursue Isaac’s younger brother, class of 2014 tight end Tyler Luatua.
Could Luatua join his brother in Tuscaloosa?
The 6-foot-4, 230-pound younger Luatua spoke with head coach Nick Saban on Monday and was offered at that time.
“I talked with Coach Saban- it was real good to talk with him,” said Tyler. “He said they like that I can play both positions (tight end and h-back) and that play with my brother. I talked with Coach (Doug) Nussmeier on Friday. He talked about the offense and how I would fit.”
The Luatua brothers are admittedly close and Tyler is attracted to the prospect of playing alongside Isaac at Alabama.
“I like that they have a good football program and that it’s a good school. It would be good to go there with my brother and play with him again.”
The Crimson Tide jump to the front of the pack for Luatua, who currently holds four additional offers. He’s yet to visit Alabama and plans to take his time before coming to a decision.
“Alabama stands on top. I also have offers from UCLA, Colorado, Nebraska, and Arizona State. I’m going to take my time. It will probably be after the season or after I take some visits. I’m just looking for a good place to play tight end.”
Luatua hauled in 23 receptions for 251 yards and one touchdown as a sophomore, in addition to averaging 6.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game in basketball. La Mirada also features class of 2015 quarterback Kevin Dillman, who figures to be among the nation’s top signal callers in that cycle.

We can use Carl Engstrom to recruit Dillman.

Figures, Bama never gets an elite TE.

He's been saying the same thing for months now. That quote about Auburn's new offense is at least 2 months old.

If he wants to go to Auburn and lose to Bama 3 times and go through a coaching change, I wish him good luck with that.

As for OJ, he's been saying the same shite for a while now. IF he flips, it will be sometime during the season when AU will have a chance to blow him away with their new O.
By that time he will have been committed to Alabama for over a year. I still think he winds up wearing Crimson in the end.

Other than football, what are you looking forward to doing, once you get on campus?
“Just making good grades and keeping them up.”
Has there been anymore discussion, with you and the coaches, about playing defense, or is wide receiver still the destination?
“No sir, it hasn’t changed yet, but I am trying to play more than one(position).”

He is just posturing for more touches at Bama. No worries the kid is over hyped anyway. He isn't that good and Bama never gave him a committable offer.
