Really? Cuz Blakely is my favorite RB on the roster, and he happens to have the slowest 40 time probably. And I liked JaQuay Williams and Ricardo Louis more than Stefon Diggs this past recruiting cycle because, even though they are slower, they're bigger and more physical

I don't know how to explain this more clearly...

Corey
Grant
Could
Not
Play
Last
Year
Because
Of
The
Transfer
Rule

Therezie, OMac, & Denson have all played since day 1.

Just a comment on the offers for young guys like the 2015 kid. A verbal offer can be given to anyone at anytime and be accepted by anyone at anytime. Every commit in the 2013 class has been done by a verbal offer only. No one has a written offer yet. They changed the rule so that written offers can't go out now until the summer before Sr year. No clue the real point of the change because it isn't changing anything. The premise was to slow down the process but it's steadily going faster even with the rule change. NCAA can't control anything in recruiting.

That kid is going to be like a Bo Scar., he doesnt have his size but Im pretty sure he will outgrow the RB position.

Thanks for the info. I guess the written offer was the one I was thinking had changed.

That must be why we recruited Mike Dyer, Jovon Robinson, and Mike Blakely...

Why I'm at it, why the hell do you think Saban recruited Dee Hart and Corey Grant? He wanted some speed in the backfield. It's nice to have that as a change of pace.

Mason, McCalleb, and Grant have speed to burn, but they're not just fast...they're good running backs. Corey Grant could very well be our starter this year because he works his arse off at practice 100% of the time.

Now, back to 'Bama recruiting...

Yeah he was a crucial part of both. Especially after claiming he was an even better DB than he was at LSU. He only watched three LSU DB's taken home prestigious individual awards while his arse fell asleep on the bench.

My point is he was ripping on a player that sat out all season after transferring.
