I thought that a school was able to offer but the kind can't commit until he's a JR or something.

It's a less binding verbal commitment(didn't think it was possible). He could informally commit, but it's nothing more than a promise to commit when it's time.

Well really that's all the verbal commitments are any way, just a promise ring.

Really bruh? I could't care less, I was just adding to a post. Commits from players and offers from schools really mean nothing at the end of the day.
It goes for any school except Auburn because we are a Godly school that gives multi year scholly's.
