To be fair, some of us come over and actually try to talk recruiting, and get lambasted by posters like grogger and crimsonian (and probably fire back when we shouldn't).
For example, I made a joking post earlier about OJ Howard that was really just meant to spark discussion about what Mike Farrell was saying on Eyes on Auburn this afternoon, but all of the sudden I'm some idiotic know-nothing who's expecting y'all's entire class to flip.

Alot of the times its guys that dont really know whats going and in turn take things wrong.
Maybe a 2013 SEC recruiting thread would help.That would be a good spot to go back and forth.
I think most of the Bama guys get pissed because there are 50 pages a day of arguing.We have to read through those to find the 20% that contains our recruiting info that we came there to get.It doesnt happen as much on any of the other team recruiting threads for whatever reason.If the tables were turned you guys would be bitching too.

Exactly thats my only problem. You look at 5 pages and there might be one thing about Bama recruiting. All the rest is grab arse. Just annoying. These motherfrickers just done took over this shite.

We need a Bama vs. Auburn recruiting thread.
TT your in tight with higher ups, you can prob start it with no problems.
Then all pertinent info like the fact that we are flipping Liner and Lawson soon, can go in there and we can hash it over without clogging up each fan bases respective threads.
At this point we are headed to a lock of this thread and when that happens all the Bama posters will just flood the AU thread and get it locked as well.

I can't speak for anyone else in here, but I don't mind the AU posters who have been regulars in the thread. A lot of them don't flame. We tend to hold them to a different standard for saying Liner won't flip, etc(and the UGA fans) than say....Gator saying we are running a race for 3rd with Tunsil. I get why, Gator is connected, good poster, etc. But I think a lot of it has to do with the AU out by the name. We Bama fans need to get over that shite. There is no reason we should feel threatened of have them in our public conscious. View a "OJ is a Auburn lock" as an obvious joke or obvious troll. No reason for a 5 page breakdown. No reason to rehash the "why is Liner/Lawson fair game but ...." blah blah shite from Auburn fans either. Alabama fans are going to talk about flipping kids in a UA thread. We know your stance is that Lawson/Liner are solid as Sears. I believe you. They don't. Youre overpreaching. Some of the new UA fans in this thread need to calm the frick down. Leave lame "barner" type nicknames at the door. Not for harmony, frick harmony and frick Auburn, but because they are uncreative, hackish, and fricked out.
