Nobody knows, but a lot think Gardner is going to OU.

At least LSU isn't the only SEC team ending this class with a dud

Dudes...it's a dud if we lose DGB and Gardener. Let's call it as it is.

So sad that he is potentially letting his family sway him into going to a lesser school. They need to keep their bias out of it, and allow him to look at what is best for him and his football career, and Arkansas gives him so much more upside than Missouri.
I sure do wish someone's family would sway some of our freakin' recruits to stay in state. Brooks, Tenpenny, Dyer (spit), etc, etc. Seems like no one is willing to say, "Please stay in Arkansas so we can see you play more often!" But sure enough, we have a chance for a stud recruit and the frickin' family has to chime in and mess with a kid's head.
Oh well. I'm sure his family would have been a lot happier if they stayed out of the way 3 years from now. Have fun running tunnel screens up at Mizzou. Or blocking for a run happy QB.
Of course, all of this is null and void if he comes to Arkansas.

If you're counting on 2 WR's to define a class as a whole, you don't know much about college football.
Do they help? Absolutely. Without a doubt. Can a 3 star player (greg childs, for instance) end up being just as productive as a 5 star? Yep. Happens all the time. WR is the easiest position to replace in college football. Losing DGB/Gardner would hurt, but there are a handful of other receivers that we have in the bag.

We're talking about how you END the class, not the entire class as a whole.

You do know that there were "arky lock" reports coming from teh proffessional media after DGB's stay at arky right? It's all rumors, why are you getting so butthurt over it? When it comes down to it, DGB will make his decision for himself based on which he likes the most.

I disagree. I feel that (and many of the new reports are agreeing with me) that his family will and is having a big impact on his decision. There is a lot of pressure for him to stay in his home-state and play, and anybody who isn't completely blind can see that, in terms of both overall success and offensive viability, Arkansas currently is far and away ahead of Missouri.
Going along with that, then it just shows me that if his family is pushing him to go to Missouri then they don't necessarily have his best interests at heart, and are rather just wanting him to stay and play for their home-state team. Nothing wrong with that, mind you...but speaking strictly in terms of football, I feel that it is the wrong decision. I honestly think that DGB knows this and actually prefers Arkansas over Missouri, but may still go with Missouri due to pressure from those around him.

Actually, no. I responded to the guy who said to call a spade a spade...the one who said the CLASS was a dud, not the ending.

Cordale Boyd via twitter just tweeted DGB saying call those Hogs Bro!!
Why can't they all be like Cordale and JWill

Butthurt. Clever.
And it's pretty obvious, according to the reports coming out of Mizzou, that he's NOT making this decision for himself. He's letting extended family influence his decision. I'm sure these family members were super awesome back when they needed a place to live, of course.

He was responding to someone who was responding to me. I said END the class, not the class overall. Pretty sure he was referring to the same thing.

I can't say i agree with that, If his parent's have "persuaded" him to go to Mizzou, he will go, but he will not be pushed into making a commit to somewhere he doesn't want to go. That's not how the family is. Recruiting is a persuasion game, some people are persuaded from the time they are born to go to a school, some later on by football coaches, and visits.
Blind side is almost an identical story to this.

You can interpret however you want, but he responded to the quote that said it was still a solid class. He said it's a dud if we lose DGB and Gardner.

Except it's not.
He's not being persuaded by the family he lives with. It's the extended family that's scattered all over Missouri.

You don't know anything about what's happening inside DGB's mind. You're basing all of this off of a few smiles on OV recruit photos. Everything you're reading right now is speculation and rumors. How many times a year do you see, "extremely reputable source" fall right on their face? get a grip.

Obviously we are all going off of sources that may or may not be true, but the general consensus is that he was basically a Hog up until his visit to Missouri last weekend, where he was supposedly pushed pretty hard on Missouri by his family. I think the fact that his entire family was there wearing Missouri colors while none of them bothered to even show up for his official at Arkansas makes it pretty obvious.
This makes pretty good sense considering there really isn't anything Missouri offers in terms of football that match what he saw at Arkansas. If he was to go strictly off of football-related stuff, and what would most likely be better for his career, then the choice is simple. When you get family members with an agenda and bias into the mix, then all bets are off.
Sad, really. If he chooses to go to Missouri over Arkansas he might be costing him and his family millions of dollars here in a few years.
