Bill is an enhanced carry law, you would have to take a course to qualify. Law has been passed and signed. State police have until January to set course so no one will be legally carrying this year. Senate has a bill running its course to exempt razorback games, so if passed it would be illiberal.
I like the law (except for games) as some places that you should be able to carry were off limits and are now allowed after you pass active shooter training.
I do not like states that give them to everyone, I feel training and being required to shoot AND score are a minimum.
Yes, I carry about 98% of the time. Right now I am on the beach in Florida fishing and I am carrying. Just looked at the rant cause nothing is biting.

Guessing you have never been to Fayetteville. It is less than 200k, and there is a gap between it and Springdale which is the next town to the North. The article says the metro including Springdale and Rogers but Fayetteville is a seperate town including by spacing. Still, it has got too big for me, my town is 8 people.

Was a badly called game at the end both ways. Shot clock, missed flagrant after review, two bad charge calls (in my opinion), bad blocking call. At one point the announcer who was a Kentucky homer could not believe two calls on Wisconsin.

Did not pull for anyone, fish are biting. However, every since the game where I watched them play the national anthem (on tv) and not one Kentucky player had their hand over their heart and they were slouching around I have had no use for them. Say what you want, but after serving in the military for 23 years I feel I can say show some respect.
