Drinking at shows sucks arse. Worst possible thing, I'd rather go sober. Doses are by far the best for shows.

I have a two pint mug that I drink beer out of, and thanks to an awesome optical illusion, I thought that I only had a little dribble of beer left at the very bottom. I went to another room and came back and saw, from a higher altitude, that I had about another couple ounces of beer left.
