Driving while intoxicated and public intox are far cries from each other in perception.
quote:I call out shitty Auburn posters when they make shitty posts and see others do it as well. I just didn't see anything wrong with what he/she posted.
I think one reason that happens little now, is that it's not done by other fanbases when their shitty posters start things.

It gets even better when they charge folks under a dinky Public Drunkeness muni ordinance violation instead of the state charge of Public Intox.
It is a POP charge..that's all.

Your comment is a a flame, because you are not using facts...
-------------
You bring up a fight to justify drinking..
Eric Smith's crime was no worse than Ronaldo McClains when he was at Bama...Mangham said in his suit that McClain intentionally hit him with a vehicle twice on Nov. 13, 2008, left the scene to secure other Alabama football players to intimidate him, and then verbally and physically assaulted him again. Mangham had claimed he needed multiple dental procedures and oral surgery to treat permanent injuries and was seeking at least $75,000 in punitive damages.
ETA: what suspension did Rondo get?

DGAS if posted. Not reading all of this shite. It's on Twitter now that Chizik sent him home and this isn't his first "misstep" whatever that means.

He went home, but I do not see any reports about chiz sending him home or other incidents... IF there had been, the Auburn records are online for all to see.. Folks check them daily for Auburn players..

@JerryHinnen: I've stood up for Pike some in past year, but at this point his practice uniform may as well be stitched out of red flags. Not optimistic.
