Early in the season its Crown and 7. Later on and when it gets colder I like Jim Beam Devils Cut. For the UT game I always drink Wild Turkey 101 and keep a cigar ready in my shirt pocket.

Makers Mark or Stranahan's Colorado whisky. Willets for special games; Bama, R-Kansas and championship games.

Bourbon still tastes like throwing up and a hangover to me.

Quit drinking the cheap shite. I can't even smell Evan Green or Old Crow without gagging.

Good lord, dude. Why even bother? That might be the worst tasting beer on the market. It's for chicks who want to be "cool" by drinking beer, but dont like the way beer taste. Why dont you just drink smyrnoff ice?
The only person I know that drinks that is my vegan aunt who doesnt really drink but likes it for some reason, but likes it because it doesnt taste "too beery".

but if forced to drink bourbon I'll go with Crown Royal
Crown Royal isnt a bourbon. Geez, I think you should just not drink anymore.

On gameday I'll mix beam and coke, after I drink Wild Turk 101.

I was waiting for someone to say something about the Mich Ultra drinker. He must just enjoy "Living the Ultra Life", I wonder if Lance Armstrong comes to his tailgate.
On the topic of the thread, I'm a Bulleit Bourbon drinker on gameday. I will normally have a flask of it to take into the game as well

I just want to note that like half of you aren't posting bourbon. Scotch, Irish Whiskey, and Tennessee whiskey are different things.
Some of my friends met some Kentucky fans last time they were in Oxford. Turned them on to Four Roses. Decently cheap, and a damn nice bourbon to sip on. Generally though it's Makers to start with and then I slip into something like Jack Daniels or some Evan Williams. What's the point of drinking good bourbon when you're too drunk to appreciate the flavor?

Since we're on the topic of Bourbon and the Derby is right around the corner, what brands do you use to make mint juleps and do you have any good recipes?
I've always used Makers Mark's recipe. Except using store bought mint extract instead of making my own. I'm going to get some mint this weekend though and make fresh extract this year.
