This stat will likely determine the winner of the MSU v. ALA game.

Bama averages 5.28 yards per rushing attempt.
Bama allows opponents 1.9 yards per rush.

MSU averages 4.9 yards per rushing attempt.
MSU allows opponents 4.08 yards per rush.

Does anyone else think that this might be an important stat?

Saban has never won a game at home against an opponent 6-0 or better. Way more important stat.

Actually I do.

Bama is a run heavy team. About 2 to 1 run vs passing it. So everybody knows that MSU will have to slow that down.

On the flip side.. you need to erase the MSU allows stat. It's a false stat. We totally change our defense and offense when we have played our OC schedule. We won't play that against Bama. You also have to factor into those that MSU has played a bigger rotation and earlier than I really have ever seen. To the point that a lot of our fans were vocal and mad because we did not open it up or play lits out.

But it is an important stat. MSU can nnot allow that against Bama.

The 2011 NC Bama defense allowed opponents 2.43 yards per rush.

Well we do play LSU and A&M after MSU so I would expect it to increase slightly.

Yeah about the only two teams on your schedule that have a pulse. Your defensive stats are impressive only because you haven't played anyone. Your schedule has been a joke so far.

Sagarin ranks SC SOS at 23 and Bama at 26.

They have a pre-encoded answer to this question. They have no choice but to immediately reference how our schedule is weaker, as if playing the lesser of the retards makes a difference.

Gumps will never admit this. They say there offense is far Better than last years but last shears' Bama off would get shut down by ole miss in the second half.

What do you have against Sagarin? He is an accepted authority in the world of college football computer rankings.
