Hell they throw every down nearly. Give Locke credit but this not a Big 10 type passing league historically.

Kind of crazy to think Woodson actually did it with #1 LSU as their rotating West opponent (whom they beat) and with a relatively balanced offense. Of course he played out of his mind during that stretch too. At the same time he held the NCAA record of most pass attempts without an INT.

Woodson was better than Locke. Wuerffel was better than Woodson. Breaking the TD record doesn't really change any of that when you consider the context.
