well that's not true. He went 14-4-2 at his first coaching stop of his career at Southwestern. He went 53-6 over 5 years at Pittsburgh State. He went 13-9 over 2 years at SW Texas St. He went 9-4 at New Mexico his last year there and then went 25-10 over three years at TCU. He didn't fail anywhere until he went to A&M.

Yep. People need to understand that the right coach at the right place and at the right time all matter to success. It's not as simple as whether or not a coach is good. Place and timing matter a great deal.

Then he'll be back onto something else, like his crusade to have the TAMU Trademark of The 12th Man revoked, or his crusade to shut down the school and have it incorporated into tu as a branch school UT-College Station, or his crusade to end the relationship between the US Military and the Corps of Cadets, or some other bullshite.
