How desperate did Woodward have to be to:
A) guarantee a coach 90% of his remaining contract if he were fired without cause.
B) Bump that number to 100% if he wins a natty and is fired without cause
C) Allow that coach to buy out his contract for $2 million if he chooses to leave.
