I mean Ohio State should be ranked number 2, in Ohio, so they have that going for them.

Is Bama a top offense?

#6 Points Per Game
#3 Points Per Drive
#3 Available Yards Gained
#10 Yards Per Play (non-garbage)

We're a pretty good offense. Nothing like last year, but pretty good.

Georgia would beat tOSU like a rented mule! Their physicality over the Buckeyes would/will embarrass your fan base. You'd better damn well HOPE y'all don't have to play the Dogs.

Hot take. Know what...let's just end the season now and crown Ohio State.

It looks like your worst offense since 2015-2017 range. This offense would have been enough a couple of those years, but in 2021 it’s coupled with what appears to be your worst defense since at least 2014, but possibly the worst of the Saban era.

Obviously it’s still early and that’s subject to change.

It probably is, but 2018-2020 were 3 of the most efficient and prolific offenses in college football history. This group is really really good, especially for what they returned. Not 2018-2020 good, but better than anything before it.

It's not the worst of the Saban era, but it's not good.

We are certainly no Oregon, that's for sure. Ohio State has played one ranked team and lost to them. Maybe you should worry about making the playoffs first?

If this remains the status quo the rest of the season, then UGA needs to worry about Bama being the #3 seed after beating them in the SECCG.

You think a two loss Alabama team that does not win their conference would make the playoffs?

I think the offense is easily the strongest part of your team. It lacks the explosiveness that’s been there recently. It’s also a Robinson injury away from things getting very dicey.

The defense just isn’t very good right now. Surprisingly played well against Ole Miss, but QBs like Emory Jones and Zach Calzada are marching down the field repeatedly. Very atypical.

I thought neither your nor Florida looked elite in week 3, but that wasn’t the narrative following the game. I thought I may be biased, but I think subsequent results show that neither of you are currently elite.

Add to that...Saban tends to get his teams focused laser sharp after the rare loss and I will pick Georgia and Alabama as the best team in the country.

I mean, only time will tell for us, but as it stands today that is what it looks like.

Absolutely agree re: explosiveness. We're already down Jase and Wheaton, and it's pretty obvious Sanders isn't back either, so we've basically lost 3 of our 5 backs. We're not in a good spot there.

Yea it's..... frustrating to say the least. The standard has crumbled and it's pretty difficult to watch. This group has experience and they've just been a total bust.

I'm not sure ohio st survives Michigan, Michigan St, Penn St, and if they survive all of that Iowa.

Plus you never know when they'll lay an egg against Purdue and lose by 4 touchdowns.

OSU would run UGA off the field...I hate OSU but they have the most talented team.
