And win the NC. Then they'd be forced to either ignore his violations or hammer the blue bloods. But y'all would have to make at least a deep, deep run. I have a feeling Coach K, Cal etc. are smart enough to have plausible deniability. But the systemic problems need to be exposed. NCAA is a farce that penalizes violators in a very inequitable fashion depending on their status.

Withdraw and let us set our own scholarship limits, rules and regs. Like states rights, let conference run themselves. And it'd do away with all the bullshite mandated schollies for non revenue producing sports. Tie scholarships to revenue. That's how a real business would work.

The issue for most LSU fans isn't that Wade was stupid or that he may have cheated, it's the selective application of standards by the NCAA and the media when there is smoke other programs are deeper in this than LSU.
Burn it all down, or let it all go, but don't arbitrarily pick and choose who gets punished while others skate by.

That's my point. So instead of rolling over, LSU needs to give'em the finger and as Coach O would say, "frick DEM!!!".

They have Zion and his stepfather all over this fbi investigation in way more specific financial ways than smart. Something has to come from it.

I agree, and I think most do.
But don't expect limp dick Joe to do anything about it. He's the NCAA and media's little lap dog. He gets his marching orders from them. If anything, expect a fight from Wade and his attorneys. He has shown before he has no problem calling people out. I would expect before this is all over, he's going to sing like a canary on crack if not for LSU's, then for his own reputation.

It won't if no one pushes it. Look at the Cam and Auburn. EVERYBODY knows that was bullshite, but after they won the NC they were untouchable. And USC had to vacate theirs years later after they were exposed like Harry Weinstein in a casting room. But vacating is still a NC for them. A real punishment would be to award it to the team they beat that year for the NC...or Auburn. Did they not go undefeated that year and not get a shot?

Fans and boosters can have his arse today if they want. Get some planes and banners, yard signs, little kerosene etc. Worked for us.

Lotsa Fire Alleva signs and chants at the game last night. Alleva didn't come back after half and LSU PD Officers were taking the Fire Alleva signs.
It's only going to get worse for him. And what's funnier, his reaction to the boos directed at him last night indicate he has no idea how much the fanbase truly hates him. He was shocked and confused.

If he is guilty - the NCAA will not go easy on LSU. This suspension will not help one iota.
