Unless LF7 is a great pro (which he could be) he will be forgotten because he was nothing we haven't seen before in college numbers wise and didn't win any awards or championships.

He's got 4 of the Top 10 best rushing games in LSU history.

He'll be remembered at LSU regardless of NFL career.

You say Bama, but what if the guy was playing at Auburn...look what they've done with a freaking converted fullback

These guys actually believe he'd have backed up Henry....

In 10 years we will still be talking about Fournette as he will be an all pro......

Derrick Henry will be doing Toyota commercials in Tuscaloosa.

He will likely finish in the top 3-4 all time SEC in career yards along with Herschel, DMac, Faulk, and Bo. I think most of us remember those guys except of course for the dumbfrick gumps because he didn't play at Alabama.

You seem to worry about this more than Fournette.

Why you do this?

He had or has just as good of chance to do this at L5U.

Sure the team surrounding him would've been better and maybe he could've done more but this is just a really shitty OP.

He'll be drafted higher and make more $ coming out of LSU rather than RBustU

People will remember when he went up against a NFL caliber defense he was completely shut down...
See, here is the problem. Alabama fans like to rate players based on what they did against Alabama's defense.

Stupid.

Mark Ingram won the Heisman despite going 36 yards on 10 carries in the goddamn Iron Bowl.
Not only that, Mark Ingram has only run for 1,000 yards or more once since he left high school.

Overrated as they come.

Henry may not even be in the NFL in 3 years

Fournette will have an 8-10 year career and will likely be a Pro-Bowler. He will be remembered for a while because of that.

STFU LouPai.

This exact same time last year almost to the fricking day, you were claiming Henry wouldn't even get an invite to NYC for the Heisman.

You swore LF was "going to get the rock about 30 times, and he is at 7.8 YPC on the season...His lowest average in a game was 5.8 YPC vs UF, so holding him to 4.0 will be impossible for Bama's defense....140-150 yrs is a conservative baseline in the Bama game."

You don't know what kind of career Henry or Fournette will have. You didn't know last year and still don't know.

I mean Alabama got Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry to Heisman level

I haven't followed Derrick Henry this year in the NFL, but as a Saints fan I must say that Mark Ingram completely SUCKS! To me the Heisman trophy doesn't mean squat , and Mark Ingrams NFL career is a clear illustration of that.

Fournette would have won the heisman at every other SEC West school. LSU really let him down.

Derrick Henry was one hell of a great college football player but the one person that should be happier than a pig in shite that Leonard Fournette did not go to Alabama is Derrick Henry.

this shite is so hilarious to me. Of all the great NFL and college running backs you still remember, the majority of them never won a Heisman trophy or any major awards in college. Gurley, never won any major awards in college. Adrian Peterson, nothing. Emmitt Smith, nothing. LaDainian Tomlinson, nothing. Eric Dickerson, nothing. Marshall Faulk, nothing. I could go on
