I'm not sure if this is true or not but somewhere I read georgia tech has more NCs than Georgia in the last 30 years

Georgia Bulldogs:
1942 11-1-0 won Rose Bowl, Sinkwich and Trippi. Nuff said.
1980 Ga makes it through the season undefeated even though they had to play a third string running back all year.

Penn State has won 68 national team championships all time, 40 of which are NCAA championships. The 40 Division I NCAA championships ranks seventh all time, trailing only UCLA, Stanford, USC, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, LSU, and tied with Texas.
