Meh I think our best win is oregon. Just because yall played a shitty schedule doesnt mean yall are better. They are actually a division and conference champion.

I hate it when people say Bama isn't better just because they didn't play anyone OOC other than Penn State, which isn't much. Bama would've destroyed every team LSU destroyed. Look at margin of victory against similar opponents.

The Oregon speed and tempo might have given bama more trouble than it did LSU because LSU is faster at LB and rotates more depth in the defense. I don't think it is a given that bama wins this game. It's not a good matchup for bama.

I would pick 'Bama by three in that matchup on a neutral field; The Ducks were the only team all year that matched up with LSU's speed, though in the end they were a half-step slow.

Yall match up terribly with oregon. Oregon would expose yalls large slow linebackers.

Here is a more relevant comparison. Head to head results between LSU and Bama.
In the last 15 meetings between these teams, LSU has 10 wins against the Crimson Tide.

You're like AU fans. You go back just far enough where the data suits you. The only statistic historically that has meaning is the total wins/losses between our 2 great schools. The all time record Bama leads LSU 45-25 with 5 ties.

You go back as far as you like and keep hoping against hope you beat us soon. The last 15 years is very relevant to me personally because it's the beginning of sharing LSU football with my 4 children

Deserves repetition of this post.

How quickly you gumps forget your 1st game of the season.
Yea, I can see gumps destroying UO with 4 INTs, and a fumble, along with the shitty ST play.

You had 7 TOs in 1st 3 games and beat your chest thinking you were on LSU's level?.

gtfo with your delusional bs.

Would Bama be favored against these opponenets?
Oregon - yes
Northwestern - yes
MSU - beat 'em worse than Lester did
WV Mountaineers - yes
Kentucky - LOL
UF - softened 'em up for Lester
UT - pounded 'em
AU - pounded 'em
WKU Hilltoppers -
Ole Miss - heppin' Nutt pack
Arky - beatdown
UGA - yes

The only team on that schedule which Bama may not have been a double digit favorite over is Oregon...and we all know Bama would have whipped them too.

All you folks who want to act like LSU is some conquering army which headed into the Hinterlands to pillage all challengers, while Bama just barely squeeked by an easy schedule can suck it.

LSU didn't play one team this season which Bama wouldn't have also beaten...not 1.

Could they have beaten all of them? Probably. As convincingly, especially Oregon? Doubtful. I highly doubt that Bama would have doubled the score on the Ducks in the final minute of the game.

Now, let's flip this and see what LSU would likely have done to Bama's OOC opponents...

Kent State, North Texas and Georgia Southern? Child, PLEASE.

Penn State? By the time that the Tigers D was done with them, those fellas would felt like they'd spent a day in the shower with Sandusky.

If only you hadn't lost on November 5th...tsk tsk

Please rename this thread to "The Bama insecurity thread"

Beating three teams with winning records gave you that much confidence?

LSU Actually played those games. You played patty cake with the autistic kids.

Enjoy your experience in New Orleans.

We certainly will.

LSU would have beat every team on the schedule of every BCS champion since the BCS began and are, therefore, as good as every one of them.

They don't live in the same reality as the rest of us. They have a better loss than LSU; that's really all that matters.

With your soft arse schedule, we only have a guess. All we really know is (1) Bama could beat Kent State, North Texas, and Georgia Southern and (2) couldn't beat LSU at home.

The updykes really prefer the "eyeball test" instead of actually scheduling teams with a pulse.
