Yes he would start fr 14/14 teams.
If A&M had McCarron they would have already benched Manziel for acting like a fool and embarrassing their university.

Well of course not, I was more thinking of if he just spontaneously jumped onto a different team and knew the scheme/playbook/had chemistry with teammates.

That's why he's won 2 national championships and A&M hasn't won any. That's ok, because he wouldn't want to start for you anyway.

I'm really not a Miles hater but his criteria for evaluating QBs is hard to follow. I'll just say that McCarron certainly should start at LSU, IMO.
