Piles didn't even have the dignity to admit that he sucked until a few months ago. He kept insisting that the offense was fine

Les Miles ruined Harris by running an offense where the QB only passes in obvious situations and into super tight windows on the sideline.

Ehhhh. If Harris could have hit the broad side of a barn we win that Wisconsin game easily. Harris transferred to UNC and was even worse under Larry Fedora than he was under Miles in a much more QB-friendly offense.

Remember when Harris came in against State or whoever and tore it up and everyone was begging Miles to replace Jennings with him?

That was the Dak Prescott game wasn't?

2 games into 2016. I'm wondering if Fisher wouldn't have stubbornly stuck with Harris instead of going with Etling.

Miles' job was FINALLY on the line, and he knew it. That's the only reason the stubborn bastard made the change.

Fisher's job won't be on the line even if aTm goes 5-5, I'd guess.

If he allows Mond to return for 2021, the cost to buy him out will be far less than the loss of donations and revenue that will occur.

In fact, I'd almost be willing to bet that the legal team will find some form of breach of contract that enables them to fire him for cause since a few of his players threatened to stab former students back in June.

Jimbo is widely known as a joke among our coaching circles. He is mentally weak. Lets players walk all over him.

Texas A&M was dumb as frick for giving him that contract.

isn't mond coming back for 2021?

We a free year of eligibility he could come back for 2022 as well. Maybe 2022 will be the year.

Who would A&M like to see? Do y’all have a talented young QB behind him?

That's basically what we're seeing with Mond in 2020.

Mond is a better QB than Harris. Part of Mond's problem is the Jimbo offense. Jimbo is a good play caller but his offense hasn't evolved much.

Mond did worse in the Sumlin/Mazzone offense and that was with Christian Kirk, Damion Radley and Trayveon Williams.
