Pretty sure LSU got a stupid celebration call right after that too for something that wasn’t blatant at all

Yep. It was a clear make up call but the damage had already been done.

Pick play no call when Clemson beat us for the natty in 2016 on final play.

The pick on the final play could have gone either way because one of our defenders engaged one of their receivers.

The clear pick play, though, was the Clemson td before the last one, and of course, without both those tds at the end, UA wins that game.

edit to say that our own lack of consistent offense was as much reason as the shitty calls in that game. I think the offense was 3 and out like 9 series. Hurts favorite play that game was roll back and out to the right side of the field and throw the ball away.

The 5th down game. Shameful.
I remember that game well! I'm not sure that it can get any worse than that.

That pic is not accurate. He was juggling the ball and eventually was out of bounds when he fully had it.

I have no doubt that you talked yourself into believing this much like LSU fans at A&M last year.

04 Bama vs LSU. Bama is dominating the game with SPENCER PENNIGTON at QB bout to go in and scored to take a 2 possession lead when Corey Webster BLANTANTLY SHOVES Keith Brown to the ground in the endzone for an interception.....No Call.

That Blocked Punt was a missed deadball false start by Bama. We should have had to rekick anyways if called correctly.

Mecole Hardman stepped out of bounds on UGA Touchdown.....quit whining.

Is that the one with the LSU defender clearly shoves the UA receiver, intercepts the ball, and runs back 100 yards for a td? That was blatant.

I dont think he scored but we were about to go up 17-6 and Webster shoved him so hard Brown rolled over after he hit ground....RIGHT IN FRONT OF OFFICIAL...No call.

Worst call pre-SEC? Phantom personal foul by lifetime longhorn fan official to set up game-winning fg in 2011

Worst call in SEC? It's a tie between the missed offsides call in 2014 LSU game and the missed horsecollar call in the 2013 auburn game that would have ended the gus bus before it got started

I know you guys don’t care about non-SEC screw ups, but OU was on the bad side of one of the worst ever.

That was the worst call I've ever seen in a college football game. Oregon touched it before 10 yards and Oklahoma recovered the kick but they called it Oregon ball somehow

Massive rioting would occur if that call was made today in a high stakes game like that

This was pre-review, same game Ray Drew was called for targeting by pushing the QB

I remember this bullshite and was so pissed off. Not sure this is the worst call against us in the past 10 years, as there has been quite a few. The ones vs Bama in the Natty, I would imagine to be worse calls (or missed calls), off sides on punt block and running start for Bama WR.

on PI against auburn in 06

Yep, because the call had national championship implications.

1. With the correct call, LSU most likely beats Auburn.
2. If LSU had beaten Auburn, they would have played Florida in the SECCG -- a winnable game for LSU. *
3. If LSU had beaten Florida in the SECCG, they likely would have beaten Ohio State in the NCG. **
4. The blown call cost LSU a chance at the NC. ***

*LSU lost to Florida in Gainesville earlier in the year, but many who watched the game thought LSU was the better team and blundered away the early advantage. Two early turnovers resulted in a 14 point swing in favor of the Gators. The final score was 23-10, a 13-point spread. The 2006 LSU team was the most talented LSU team of all time -- with four first-round draft picks in the draft that year (and more the next year), they were actually more talented than Florida.

**Ohio State was very overrated in 2006 and would have lost to a number of teams, including but not limited to Florida, LSU, Boise State, and maybe even Michigan in a rematch.

***Keyword is "chance."

Those were awful but the one that immediately came to mind was the AJ Green excessive celebration against LSU

I am one of those people. The bobbled snap on the goal line changed that game and LSU never recovered from it.

I have a list of several plays from Alabama vs MSU from 1992, 1999, 2014, 2017, and 2018. But I can't pick a worst of all of those because they are all equally typical BS. So I'll just say no matter what season it is, the worst calls always are Alabama for us whether it's home or away.

We've had a few BS ones at Tiger Stadium and Jordan Hare tho. But we don't have as bad of an issue when we host those teams.

Quite a few Egg Bowls in Jackson were bad tho.
