I ain't got the time to waste watching any more of that bullshiite game after that call was not overturned. Just f'n pathetic by the referees. I tuned in to watch football. Gotdam ref turned it into powder puff. No time or patience for that Shiite.

I can understand calling it on the field. Depending on the official's angle and considering the intent of the rule, he would want to err on the side of caution. The replay official that upheld it is a fricking idiot who should never again be allowed to call a game.
It's like a coward of a judge who makes the "popularly correct" decision and relies on an appeal court to actually do the right thing...and then the appeal court screws the pooch.

I just saw it and even the Misses agrees that it was a bad call. Pretty sad when chicks can call a game better than refs, esp refs with the benefit of replay. Sucks for that kid to have to sit out the second half of his Bowl game.
Although since Nebraska shouldn't even be in a bowl I guess just playing as much as he did and getting a gift bag was gravy for him.
