Started a thread earlier over this and it just puzzles me how you can run a play that takes no time off the clock.
Basically a free time-out. Every play as to take at least 1 second off the clock...

Out of all the crazy shite that happened in the game this play just doesn't add up. A running clock with a snap at 1 second...
So basically from now on you can spike the ball, have it reviewed (basically free time-out), and have no time run off the clock.

That's what I'm complaining about and never seen before, its a play that takes no time off the clock.
At a complete minimum it should take a second off the clock since its still a play.

The ball was snapped at 1 second, then spiked at 1 second, and review gives them second back.

Been thinking about our Linebacker depth for next year as well and its scary. Seems like we got some extra DE's that might need to get moved back to the linebacker spot.
