Didn't they just win the Joe Moore Award as best OL in the country?
Yes, yes they did. And our Oline won the prestigious Swinging Door award last season.

Looked overmatched against Mich. 5 or so false starts, 3 plus holding penalties and several turnstiles

Yes. The whole team just finished ahead of Bama so it makes sense that Deboer would want to bring in nearly the entire Washington team to replace the current Bama players

Very Harsin like. Harsin learned quickly that he felt superior to Southerners.
Will DeBoer do the same?

Take defense from the conference that played defense optional
Not sure if you aware of this but the NFL has more pro ball players than just men from SEC schools. If the kid can play and knows the defense, I'll take him. He's played the position well from the few times I watched UDub.

2023 Bama players and coaching staff played Michigan tough and could have gone the other way.
2024 Bama uDub transfers and coaching staff got completely rolled by Michigan.
I see it as a downgrade.

We're at about 80 scholarship players at the moment if you count all players that are in the portal as being gone
We have 5-6 scholarships to hand out as it stands, and Washington is one of the only schools we can pull from since the portal process is still a broken mess
