So a slow deliberate reader all of sudden changes to a quick thinker when he steps on a football field? Gotcha

Why does UA enroll far more top students than LSU?

Just about all of your "top students" come from out of state. Because you pay them.

Any more brain busters?

But surely if LSU was such a great school, it would have alumni wiling to donate as Bama's have, so it too could attract more top students. Bama has to compete with a lot more in state schools for top students than LSU, so it is doing pretty well at attracting top in state students.

Actually, most of the top students don't come from Middle Tennessee, but from across the nation, from California to New York to Illinois. I don't think so many top studentw would go to Alabama if just for scholarships. Sure, that offer gets them on campus for the tour, but it is not like Alabama is the only school now that has generous offers. We get them on campus, and they are sold!

There isn't a passing/failing grade, it's a measurement.

By the standard that you're going on, he would have passed with a 19'!

Get your facts straight!

What does it matter WHERE from out of state they come from? The point is that Alabama HAS to import "top students" from out of state because you sure aren't getting them in the neighborhood.

Well they do, so yeah. Sorry to drop that reality on you. The tooth-fairy doesn't exist either, in case you were wondering.

So a pseudoscience made a perfect test? Makes sense.
"Wonderlic created and distributed it as a graduate student in the psychology department at Northwestern University from his home"

A guy made the test. His psychology degree didn’t jump off the wall and create a standardized test. Holy frick Alabama people are so fricking mind numbingly stupid.

Someone with a degree in alchemy from Phoenix online could theoretically make a great standardized test and that wouldn’t make alchemy any less fake.

So his entire field is "pseudoscience" except for one test? makes perfect sense. You seem to have anger issues, maybe a psychologist could help you.

"Louisiana dead last for 3rd straight year in 'Best States' list;"

"Louisiana's public education system ranked next to the bottom of states in a 2019 ranking of "States with the Best & Worst School Systems" by the financial web site WalletHub.

Louisiana ranked 50 out of the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Only New Mexico was lower at the very bottom — 51."

"Federal high school graduation rates for the 2016-17 school year are out, and once again, Alabama finds itself at or near the top of the list. This time Alabama touts the highest graduation rate among all states and the District of Columbia for African American students, whose graduation rate has risen nearly 20 percentage points---to 86.5 percent---since 2012.

Hispanic students in Alabama graduated at the second-highest rate---88 percent---in the country.

Louisiana is almost always ranked dead last in education rankings.

A test that some guy made =/= the field of psychology. It’s amazing that you’re having trouble understanding that. I’d rather have anger issues than be an inbred Alabama hick who works as a ditchdigger because he’s too stupid to do anything else

And yet I (and many others) wind up smarter than anyone ever born in the state of Alabama.

It's a funny world.

Let's be honest, Southern states fighting over which one has the worst education system is like a dozen special ed students picking on the most retarded kid.

I worked in Alabama and our graduation rate went through the roof at school/system I worked at. ACT score dropped nearly 2 points. We were told to pass them no matter what. One kid came 2 weeks to English 4 and passed. It’s a joke. Smoke and mirrors. If you had a pulse you passed and no one got kicked out. You were a senior - you were gonna pass no matter what.

And if you tried to word questions that were reflective of inner-city kids' background, then people would say it was racist, insensitive, and offensive.

This is probably the dumbest, and most racist argument ever. Oh, inner city kids, don't know about gardens and tennis, this test is racist. Really? Saying that because people are black or "inner city" they can't understand "white" things is 100% racist. Idiot.
