No one.

The Big 12 GOR and the ACC GOR are each worth over $100 million.

Realignment is dead for a while.

2025 is the year the Big 12 explodes and all these small schools like Iowa State and Kansas State that voted against expansion get left out in the cold.

This is a bad idea and you should feel bad.

Sure, they're doing swell with Briles' players. But a reckoning is coming. Google "Tarp of Shame".

Once things revert to the norm they'll be Vandy without the outstanding academics.

Academics

Actually, Baylor has a pretty decent academic ranking. Better than many of the SEC schools.

Forbes: Baylor (138) -vs- Ole Miss (308), Miss St (365), Auburn (196), Alabama (252), Georgia (95), LSU (171), florida (78), Missouri (216), Kentucky (306), Vanderbilt (45), Texas A&M (142), Tennessee (266), South Carolina (202), Arkansas (268).

USNews: Baylor (71) -vs- Ole Miss (135), Miss St (176 ), Auburn (99), Alabama (103), Georgia (56), LSU (135), Florida (50), Missouri (111), Kentucky (133), Vanderbilt (15), Texas A&M (74), Tennessee (103), South Carolina (107), Arkansas (135).

They would be ranked 4th in the SEC for both academic ratings listed.

Now, I will be the first to say that these rankings are not necessarily relevant without student goals in mind, comparisons to closely matched schools in size, programs, endowments, etc etc etc. Most rankings tend to highly favor urban schools who have high research dollars flowing through them, and with program focuses on business, medicine, and engineering. College is by and large what YOU make of it along the way, not some goobs behind a desk at US News who have never been on campus.

But in general, I think you'd have a hard time saying that Baylor is not a good fit for the SEC based on academics. I could think of several OTHER reasons, mind you, but academic reputation would not be one of them. Just sayin'.
