With all the pending Coaching Changes, why is no one talking about Les Miles?

The rant swore that LSU fired a great coach and would regret it later on. Why aren’t these same fan bases talking up hiring this incredible coach? Surely someone out there would want a championship caliber coach. For the record, i’m a Les fan, so I’m generally curious.

You know how much $$ he is making to sit on his arse and eat bon-bons all day? Why would he go back to eating grass for Les money?

LSU broke his recruiting swagger.

Because they probably have artificial turf and Les prefers real grass

Because Les is about to turn 64. That's pretty old to start a rebuild. People also watched the same thing LSU did the last several years and don't think his philosophy works anymore.

No, we said you fired one of YOUR best coaches ever for a POS that you would regret later....

because he is now old news and old ways, and in fact he never was very good. He honestly couldn't walk and chew gum. He couldn't make a decision under the gun. He couldn't change and do anything different not because he was stubborn, but because he was fundamentally without any imagination. His grass eating, jumbled words persona wasn't just an act...it was real. What you saw is what you got. He was personally disorganized and without any real discipline control of the team (which might be the only way to coach LSU players...but...).

He never had a clue about recruiting or coaching QBs, offense, or organizing his staff. He was always a fake and LSU should have gotten rid of him 2-3 years ago.

He would be a good fit at Ole Miss. They just need a place holder coach for the next 2-3 years to see them through whatever sanctions are headed their way.

This is actually what he posted, and as much as I hate to agree with Jacknola, he is correct.

Most of the football world is stuck in a pass happy world

Les is stuck in a pass unhappy world

Are Georgia Tech, Navy, or Army looking for a coach?
