"Now we learn that talk of reform was just as cheap. According to the NCAA, Clemson coaches made 11 improper recruiting contacts between November, 1984 and September, 1987. Translation: Clemson was ignoring the rules even while on probation.
And that's just one of 14 violations."
Plus Ford was head coach during the PED scandel that included football players.
Ford excelled at clempson due to cheating but failed at Arkansas when he didn't have a program shaped by cheating.

From the 1982!investigation which dated back to charges from 1976-1981. Not saying they weren’t there

Alright if you wasn’t talking to me I apologize. I’m sorry. Sould have read closer. I generally speaking get a long with Carolina fans. Have nothing against your school. You’re right about most of your statements. Just saying some of it happened on Pells watch, which Ford was a part of. Also the reason someone gave for Ford being fired is not the “ real” reason. Ford has many problems with administration. Wasn’t just one.

Ford, and the AD, thought the football team was the most important thing about clempson. That very same culture exists today.
