Stands to reason NOBODY stopped Metchie & Williams that year, except
Their injured knee. I'd bet the farm
That title game woulda looked exactly
Like the SECCG In Atlanta.

Except for the scoring TDs part

Gumps forget that part. Kind of the most important part

Damn near a year later and still making excuses, I love it. Keep those tears a-flowin’, Bammers.

You think Bamas tears would have run dry by now. I think that game was the game that broke them. They haven’t been the same since. Their dynasty is over and everyone who suffered from Bama fatigue can thank UGA

That realization hasn’t really sunk in yet with their fanbase, but I agree 100%. Would say I’m looking forward to whupping their arse in the 2023 SECCG, but they have so many question marks, especially at QB, heading in to next season that I doubt they’ll even get there.

George Pickens being out made a big difference in both games. Arian smith wasn’t up to snuff either. Bama got lucky. Just admit it.

Sounds like Saban should have recruited those knees for his defense.

They will always break when they play our defense. Once is an occurrence, twice is a coincidence, three times is a trend

It's a shame the other teams players "opt out" when facing our defense.

He's really good. Read where they expect him to be the #1 WR off the board in the NFL draft. Respect.

All them were too fragile. This is a tough man’s game

well, they got their arse kicked last year's SEC title game when Williams played an entire game and Metchie a half.

Kirby Smart has always had a problem defending a prolific passing game, even back to his time at Alabama.

Nope.

Our defense is so devastating that opposing WR's get hurt against air in fear of playing them.

So we'll never face a full strength WR group ever again. It's a curse.
