If you want to play the common opponents game then we were 2-1 vs your 1-2. I'll give you a hint, 2-1 is better. You lost to UGA, we beat them on their field. You lost to Ole Miss, we dominated them on their field.
We had more wins, less losses. Won our division while you didn't and finished ranked higher in every poll that existed at the time.
Shall I continue?

wrong again. Rankings are relative to that year. The only stats that really matter are the teams records and championships. You dont look back at a team and say they finished 18th that year? you say they had 8-9 wins or something like that. Besides the playoffs, final rankings are about as much bullshite as bowl games.

sorry bro but sometimes the truth is hard to face. Mizzou really only competed with one other team in the east each year and that was SC in 13 and Georgia in 14 who each had their own problems. And by the way there's no 'narative', everyone in the sec outside of delusional mizzou fans reckognizes the fact that they havent accomplished anything important.

There a few fairly dense individuals in their fan base representation here no question. The two that are still arguing here right now are regular mensa types.
They have some good peeps as well though, they just have more posters than any others by a large margin so the numbers are higher.

My God, you are a fricking idiot. A team from the east, Florida won the championship in 06 and 08. 2012 had 3 11+ win teams so I'm really not sure how you fit the 2013 season as the 2nd strongest. When Vanderbilt is 9-4 and Florida is 4-8, Im pretty sure thats considered a 'down' year for most of the world.

Just because you dismiss the rankings doesnt mean they are not a relevant and accurate way to gauge the relative strength of the division from year to year. Its not my problem you can wrap your head around the concept that a divisions strength can be represented by different teams from year to year.
The fact you think its harder for a team to win the division having no other ranked teams in said division that year than it is when there are two top 5 teams and another top 20 team says all that needs to be said about your ability to grasp this simple concept.
