For college football, I prefer the outdoors of the original Cotton Bowl vs Jerry World.
I literally had no idea. I guess the roof was a big sell.

In 2010, the Cotton Bowl Classic, which is at the Texas State Fair Grounds, moved to the AT&T Stadium as part of a bid by bowl officials to make it part of the BCS in 2011. The new AT&T stadium had some perks - one being the retractable roof that would help protect the players and fans from the cold weather in January.

I don’t like when baseball is played indoors either.

They shouldn’t have stole the Cotton Bowl’s name and slapped it on Jerry World!
y’all giving Jerry a pass for that

No, calling AT&T stadium the Cotton Bowl is stupid. The Cotton Bowl is the Cotton Bowl.
The Cotton Bowl is a play on the phrase "cotton boll." Texas is the leading producer of cotton in the United States. (And The Citrus Bowl is an annual college football bowl game played in Orlando, Florida.)

If the Rose Bowl was moved to Charger Stadium I’d be confused on why they would keep the name. I believe the Rose Bowl has undergone a lot of renovations to stay serviceable.

So I have some news for ya,
The Orange Bowl is no longer played in The Orange Bowl.
The Gator Bowl (the game A&M forfeited a few years ago) is no longer played at The Gator Bowl.
Occasionally, the Super Bowl is played at the Super Dome.
Glad I could help ya out.

I don’t blame you for not knowing this. As an A&M fan you’d really have no reason to know it.

Ironically, the second Cotton Bowl in Jerry’s World was LSU v a&m, won by the good guys 41-24 in 2011.
