Yes. Win or not we will force LSU fans to attend a game on a day they don't like so they will hate us and a rivalry will commence.

The contract extension (LSU and A&M had already played all 10 games of the original contract) stipulated that LSU would pay A&M cash OR provide a "suitable replacement" team for A&M's schedule. A&M did not find the replacement team to be suitable...
USL picking up LSU's slack.

Yes- I'd say it already is. We're recruiting a lot of the same players, for one thing.
The Aggies will be our chief rival, eventually. Saban being at Bama will stunt the growth() of the rivalry for a while- but I'm not sure how many years he will be there.
Back on 11/23, there were so many Aggies in BR, I thought I was in Bryan. They looked like they were having a damn good time.
Some of us also remember the arse-beatings they administered to use back in the 90's (AKA The Dark Ages). This will be a rivalry, sure as hell.
