East Carolina
@ Georgia
Navy
Vanderbilt
Auburn
Kentucky
@ Mississippi State
@ Tennessee
@ Arkansas
Florida
The Citadel
Clemson
That three game road stretch will be a bitch, but their schedule is set up pretty nice for them. I think this could definitely be the year South Carolina steps into the "next level" for their football program.

NO! all these teams have to do is send a case of booze to Garcia the night before the game. Also, they will send a buffet to Alshon's room.

At least Garcia's gotten laid in College.
Tebow may beat him on the field.

I just tease, but I think Georgia has a much easier way to go this year and win the east.

Well then I guess we'll just have to beat them in Athens this year and settle that issue in week 2 then won't we?

As to the question I hope that our record is good enough to where if we make it to the SECCG and lose that we can still make it to the Sugar Bowl. I suppose that is also under the assumption that the SECCG winner will be in the national title game.
Actually I hope that we just go 14-0 and claim both the SEC title and the national title.

yeah, but the East won't be as easy as people think either.

I don't think their record will be good enough by itself. However, if they make it to the SECG and Alabama is the opponent, they will. While Alabama might be a better team (who knows right now), SC is a nightmare matchup for them. There is a reason they beat them by two touchdowns last season.

If they can handle LSU in the Championship game.

I think they'll win they East again this year. And in the SEC Title game, who knows what South Carolina team will show up? They same team against Auburn last year? Possibly. Or, they could play lights out like last season's Alabama game (which I think Carolina could have beaten anyone that day).

I think they'll manage to win the East, losing 2 along the way (Arky and maybe UT/Florida...perhaps UGA since it's on the road but that's a long shot), but they'll lose by pretty sizable margin against LSU. After being whipped pretty thoroughly for 3 qtrs, USC will tired and nearly beaten. That's when Jordan Jefferson comes in with proverbial (and literal) kick to the head...a nice sustained drive to put 7 on the board and clearly put the game out reach.

I do believe the SECCG winner will be in the NC, and I do believe SCar will be in the SECCG game, but lose, which sends them to the sugar bowl. I just don't see Garcia being the QB to bring them to the NC... That's all they are lacking though, is a legit QB, imo.
