Is that the guy that couldn’t beat a 4 loss Auburn team last year?

With that OL and those receivers, it's entirely possible.

I'm feeling 3 losses next year for Bama with A&M gaining momentum. The Tide has fallen...

No he isn't. Been in the program for three years already. Why the hell do people keep assuming Brennan can't play?

Your HC looking for transfer Qbs when you arrived and your fans longing for every portal QB available since will create that mentality

The same coaching staff told D'Eriq King "not interested" this offseason because we like Brennan. Two years ago, Brennan was a skinny 19-year-old who wasn't ready. But he always had the arm talent. That part was never in question.

Two years later, he's filled out and spent the time learning from the best QB in recent CFB history. He's ready. You guys are dramatically underestimating him, but you're in for an unpleasant surprise.

Probably not, but with Burrow gone, the playing field for QBs in the conference is much more level.

I nominate Trask for the best quarterback next szn. He does well under the spotlight

Mac Certainly has the supporting cast with the best talent/experience combo.

LSU still has elite WRs, great talent at RB, and Arik Gilbert, but most of that is inexperienced. Also, we're losing 4/5 OLs (although we should still be solid there).

It will be whatshisdick at MSU that transferred from Stanford though. Leach is about to throw the ball 40 times a game.

Kinda reminds me of Sugar Bowl 2012 -2018 8 in a row.

Maybe.

Same answer for any QB in the SEC when being asked this in February.

Trask's worst game was the Bowl game against UVA, which was a really strange game all around.

But to your point, he played his best against the best competition he faced.

My vote for the top 5 passing leaders probably is:

1) Costello (Leach offense)
2) Trask
3) Jones
4) Newton (really an unknown at this point, new QB, new OC, etc)
5) Nix/Mond

EDIT: FWIW - I have no idea what to think of Myles Brennan, and I also don't know what to think of Steve E. with Brady gone. LSU fans help me here - will the offense significantly change?

Idk. I’d say he will throw for 3500 yards and 35 touchdowns but I don’t know if that will lead the SEC

Mac Jones will throw the game (and season) away via a pick six in Tiger Stadium. Bookmark it.

Yeah and we know Mac is a beast because he lit up Western Carolina and threw Auburn a couple of pick 6’s

Tell those chestless, weak arse Tiger fans you work with to GFT's....hard.

They need to turn in their fan cards.
