I think Matthews is better.
Matthews is a good player but Ole Miss isn't exactly known for having a great secondary. It's not like Matthews was making great catches in traffic.

LSU is good, the talent is there at WR, but to put them at the top of the conference after one game? Ehhhh... no.
LSU is in the top 1/3 of the league as far as wr corp. sorry

I know... I said the talent is there, just not at the top.
We're agreeing with each other.

Just like Arkansas fans that think they are all world because of one game
Who said that? I'm still hoping for 6-6

is it now safe to say that LSU sports the best wide reciever tandem (OBJ/Landry) in the league?

if OBJ didnt frop so many you might be up there, but the drops are a huge negative

You think being 2-3 yards away from the receiver is,"in traffic"?

OBJ had more receiving yards than any A&M receiver and only Evans had more receptions. OBJ had more total yards than A&M's entire team rushing totals.

That hit led to Matthews doing this

DGB/Marcus Lucas isn't a bad duo. Both looked great against weak competition this week. The problem will be if Franklin can consistently deliver the ball to them once the level of competition steps up.

Hard to argue against Christon Jones.

Didn't he have like, 2 receptions? He killed it on ST though for real.
