Then LSU either vacates wins or pays a fine or both.

Bama didn't vacate wins for Bedioko.

And yea good luck with the fine. That would never hold up in court.

The “legal expert” who doesn’t even realize LSU isn’t a part of the suit?

Also, this same guy told everyone Kiffin would end up in prison before ever coaching for LSU.

So, yeah.

Or maybe nothing happens and the players can no longer play.

It will be this. Just like Alabama didn’t vacate any basketball wins while playing a former NBA player.

It also won’t just be LSU. Half the league will sign a player if they get the injunction. The SEC isn’t going to vacate wins for half the league.

Honestly, I just hope Kiffin doesn't lose his nerve in the 11th hour. Even idiots have feet of clay.

"LSU has brought in multiple players who have yet to play an NFL game but participated in the NFL preseason. The SEC had considered “extreme measures” in order to prevent this."

LSU has NOT brought in or signed ANY of these players. They have expressed an interest to play for LSU and other teams and have filed a lawsuit. LSU did not file a lawsuit nor are they suing anyone.

There are like 80 teams that allow former pro players so they can’t argue they are being prevented from playing.
Just being little cry baby bitches with the entire state of Louisiana eating it up.

That makes your case for immunity to fines from the SEC even worse retard.

Ole Piss homer Tom Mars?

Might be the dumbest statement on this site, and there have been plenty.

Do a little research on who Houston Nutts attorney was when he sued ole miss, and who was the one that got Freeze fired.

No, it doesn’t.

It’s common sense. Again, this is the same attorney who was telling everyone Kiffin would be in prison.

When did the SEC and LSU sue each other in court? I thought this was brought about by players and not any institution.
