He’s the same size as Bryce Young, great mobility and threw the fastest ball at the combine

Trashing one of the best coordinator hires of recent memory ranks up there with your dumbest posts.

If he would had a so so offensive line and mediocre receivers you would never hear about him

You want to talk about an overhyped journeyman position coach, look no further than Todd Monken. No wonder he can’t keep a job more than 3 years. In 30 years of coaching WRs his highlight is Pickens.

Would you draft him?

UGA assembled so much talent, any QB would have won 95% of their games.

Because the OC isn’t part of the defensive front 7. UGA won games because of depth of its defensive front 7 and a fortunate scheduling.

LOL.

We had arguably the best offense in college football last year. No one shut us down except Kirby. Ironically, he also is the only one to shut down UT's offense too. Current best coach in college football!!!

Stetson measurable's are comparable to Bryce Young's but you don't hear anything about Brice Young's measurables being a problem. Now I get it Stets age and sometimes his douchey attitude can be over amplified, but come on how can you say the dude's not a winner.

Why did you link 2016 for 2022?
Also, Kyler Murray and Bryce Young are 5’ 10.

Everyone seems to ignore that fact that most of the fret QBS in the NFL are all at time total jerks. The clutch factor (which he has in spades) and a bit of an ego and edge go hand in hand. You are hard pressed to find a Super Bowl winning Qb , be referred to as a nice guy.

When I saw that quote and how he would be standing on the sideline thinking he is better, I cried I was laughing so hard. Apparently NFL sidelines only have enough room for one oversized ego, the head coach’s. Seriously though, unless he was actively sabotaging the team trying to get on the field, I am not sure why it would hurt the team. Wouldn’t you want your backups to have confidence they can win when called upon. However, as I said, if you draft Bennett, you might as well give him a serious shot at the starting job. Hell there is so much mediocrity among NFL QBs woukd anyone notice if he wasn’t great?

His measurables suck but his leadership and game history looks off the chart.

The same can be said about Bryce Young.

How badly does it hurt that a "garbage" QB got invited to New York for the Heisman Trophy ceremony and your QB didn't?

Bennett will be a very good pro and he'll be a starter soon in the NFL.

I feel like Bryce was a disappointment in college. I wanted Bryce to play like Stetson.

I would be shocked. A good backup? Maybe. I would rather be a good backup QB in the NFL, anyway. Make lots of money to carry a clipboard and keep your body in good working condition.

I think Bennett is a douche but by your logic, of course Burrow won the Heisman. Look who he had around him.

Good news is that we will find out what reality is to be with Bennett.

I would not be shocked.. SB will either be a good starter or he’ll go do something else. He’s not going to just hang out and play backup for a career. That’s just not how he’s built mentally.

I truly believe there are 2 scenarios.,
He never starts and is coaching or doing whatever or 10 years from now teams are looking for the next Stetson Bennett, like they are the next Drew Brees.
