Heupel has 7 wins out of 20 tries. Kiffin has 8 wins out of 26 tries. One more win than Heupel with 6 more games played.
Kiffin’s record against ranked teams is 8-10… not 8-18. Typo on my part. But yes, considerably better performance compared to Heupel.

Not really. Heupel is 7-13 against ranked opponents (35%). Kiffin at Ole Miss is 8-18 (44%). That’s a sizable gap.
Like i said you are dumb. That means Heupels win percentage against ranked teams is 35% and Kiffins is 31% not 44%. Not even sure where you got 44 from. So Heupel is better against ranked teams. Also Heupel has more road wins against Kiffin who just got his first in year 6 where as Heupel has 4 in less time.

But Brian Kelly was doing that and more at LSU
Brian Kelly didnt have one top 10 finish during his time at LSU. Heupel has 2 during that same amount of time. And a playoff appearance.
Also just by looking at some of your numbers, they are plain as day wrong lol. Heupel has beaten 4 top 15 teams, including 3 top 10 teams. For someone who posts so much, you just post things that are wrong and hope the other morons on this forum dont find you out.
You should post less bud. Its embarrassing

Btw idiot. Heupels career win percentage as a head coach is way better.
Cool, makes you wonder how Kiffin is winning more games, especially when you insist Tennessee is so great and Kiffin is at Ole Miss.

Do you realize that you are considered the laughingstock of this forum?
That's fine.
The vast majority of you are actual retards who say things like muh "His stats are all better than Kiffins" when that's clearly false.

Dude if anyone is a retard its you. You spent all summer saying BK was better than Debeor, Heupel, and Kiffin yet all three are in the top 15 rn and Kelly has been fired. Now you are sticking up for kiffin who isnt even going to accept yalls job opening. You are such a cuck

These numbers are so wrong lmao
According to CBS sports before the season started.
Heupel was 12-12 against ranked teams (.500)
Kiffin was 11-24 against ranked teams (.314)
As of today here is their official records
Heupel is 12-14 (.416)
Kiffin 13-25 (.342)
Holy cow you were so far off. Where the hell do you get your numbers lol

I think people overestimate the pull of the 10th ranking program for someone from the 15th program.
It is the reason Tony Vitello wasn’t interested in the LSU job. LSU clearly is the best college baseball job but it is just another top tier college baseball job. It isn’t like jumping from University of Louisiana to Florida like Napier did.
People do leave leave top tier jobs for similar ones but it is usually location related (Eric Musselman or Lincoln Riley wanting to move to LA) or personal (Bielema not wanting to have Barry Alvarez hovering over his shoulder) or they want to go back to their Alma Mater.
The fact Brian Kelly wanted to leave Notre Dame for LSU should have been a red flag right away.

0-4 vs UGA, but yeah, one game was close.

Vitello was never contacted for LSU, he didn't have enough skins on the wall at the time.
People made a big deal about Vitello and Bianco at the time and neither ever had a shot.

Think the lack of interest was mutual.
Jay Johnson is a pretty good example of rational moves. Nevada to Arizona to LSU. Each of those were big jumps

Bama beat 10rc by 17 points, not exactly most people would call "very close".
And beat them 2 of the three before that…

Or he could continue to make his own legacy with one of the South’s greatest programs in a state that loves him. LSU is a great program but they flatter themselves with this one

You have to go by FINAL rankings. Otherwise you get things like LSU counting a “Top 5 win” over Clemson this season when everyone knows Clemson was never really a Top 5 team.
Heuple is 7-13 against FINAL AP Top 25 teams (current poll used for 2025). Kiffin is 8-10.

Holy cow you were so far off. Where the hell do you get your numbers lol
From the actual polls. Here are Heuple’s actual games against Final ranked teams (current for ‘25):
#1 Georgia 2021- LOSS
#1 Georgia 2022- LOSS
#1 Ohio State 2024- LOSS
#2 Alabama 2021- LOSS
#4 Georgia 2023- LOSS
#4 Alabama 2025- LOSS
#5 Alabama 2022- WIN
#5 Alabama 2023- LOSS
#5 Georgia 2025- LOSS
#6 Georgia 2024- LOSS
#8 Missouri 2024- LOSS
#11 Ole Miss 2021- LOSS
#13 Pitt 2021- LOSS
#13 Clemson 2022- WIN
#16 LSU 2022- WIN
#17 Alabama 2024- WIN
#18 Kentucky 2021- WIN
#22 Pitt 2022- WIN
#23 South Carolina 2022- LOSS
#24 Iowa 2023- WIN
7-13. Actual facts. Sorry you don’t like them.
