UGA has no weaknesses that I can see. And I think they are the best team in the country right now. LSU is properly ranked, very strong but not quite as strong as UGA.

Both have had dynamite moments. Both could win it all. Right now with a gun to my head I would say top three: Clemson, UGA and LSU in really, no particular order. Same with the next three: in no particular Bama, OU and OSU. 6 good teams.

Bama and Clemson are top 2 until somebody beats them.

After that in no particular order would come OU, LSU, OSU, Georgia

Anyways good luck against the Irish, I am expecting a big win for Georgia.

I hope so. Our first test. It will tell us where we stand.

I am amazed at the difference in LSU's offense. I really gave LSU little to no chance against Alabama lately, but this year feels different. I mean, I'll believe it when I see it, but LSU looks really, really good so far.

In fairness, we haven't played anybody capable of exploiting a weakness of any kind. This weekend will tell us something, but the real test comes when we play Auburn, Florida, A&M and Missouri back to back. (Not in that order)

Defensive line, young secondary, and injuries already beginning to mount especially among the receiving corps. Other than that...

This again? Why don't all of you LSU fans get together and put up a billboard about how unfair the ranking system is?

We’re doing sky writing this year, in tandem with a social media blitz captained by the best we could hire off of Putin.

Don’t poke the Tiger, baw.

They lost their final 2 games last season. LSU beat uga head to head and beat Texas whom beat uga last year.

What does last year have to do with this year?

I don't think it really matters this early in the season. All the regular season games and the conference championship games will sort most of it out.

I take it you haven’t actually watched a UGA game this year. That Dline has been awesome. But they haven’t been tested.

Our defense and run game arent suspect, but still a bit concerning.

When I noted in another thread that the Texas defense was #126 of 130 teams last year, I was told that last year isn't relevant.

Can't have it both ways.

It doesn't matter at this point in the season.

UGa has four tough games remaining: ND, UF, aTm and AU.
LSU has tough games against UF, AU, Bama and aTm

It will play out.

How y’all say it has nothing to do with last year, well what has UGA done this year, or are we projecting based on what we saw LAST year?

Because they were ranked higher in the preseason. Did some of you guys just start following college ball this year?

So their ranked higher based on preseason projections? That sounds like a pretty flawed system
