UF vs. FSU or Ole Miss vs. MSU? Both will be ranked matchups and probably more competitive than the Iron Bowl.

They've already been to Starkville.

One is a game with an OOC opponent. One is a game with two teams nobody really cares about. The other is the best rivalry in all of sports.

Not a good excuse, imo, but I think you're right.

Objectively, MSU/OM seems pretty obviously the superior match-up. But Bama is essentially playing for a spot in the play-offs, and perhaps are the SEC's only real chance to get there (I'm not seeing UF win both upcoming games.) So SEC Nation is going where the big story is.

Pretty sure SEC Nation goes to all 14 schools throughout the season. This week is Bamas week.

Because everyone wants to see Bama lose and no one cares about those other teams.

It's crazy that CBS also has the BAMA vs Auburn game over the 2 better match ups.

What's crazy is you think CBS broadcasts SEC games involving teams from out of conference (UF/FSU).

IMO, it is for the better. We've looked very lethargic the last few weeks playing at noon. A night game in The Swamp against one of our biggest rivals is a very good thing.

UF/FSU has been on CBS a lot, probably one of the more broadcast matchups in history.
