Why does Saban control draft grades in the first place?

Should be a service provided directly to the student athletes independent of the Head Coach.

That said I don't feel bad for these players. they chose Saban and this is his process (I am sure a lot more good than bad comes with learning from Saban).

Has anyone here mentioned that the players themselves decided this?

You seem upset or mad this morning. Try a drink of water. And remember God loves you.

It makes no sense. Every top team has to deal with the process. It didn't stop Urban or OSU from waxing his arse when Cardale was getting draft buzz. It's just another excuse when his team wilts under pressure, again. I can't wait to hear his newest excuse for not being able to motivate his players for a CFP title.

Saban isn't scared, he just thinks it's a good idea for the game and other coaches agree, including Dabo. These guys get their draft grades right before the natty and you have some who would do nothing but dream about riches and play not to get hurt. You'd have others who are disappointed and distracted in that way, some guys jealous of teammates that got a better grade, etc. What coach would want to deal with all that when grades could be withheld for a week or two an avoid all of it?

I'm convinced Saban could discover the cure to cancer and some of you would whine and moan like the little nancys you are.
