Why is ND so much more likable with Freeman as coach?

He has really changed the perception of ND from the hated overrated team that America loved to hate to that of a team with a young, humble, fresh up and coming coach with a contagious winning attitude.

Freeman is highly unlikeable. Got baptized after he got the ND gig, fraud human being. He will leave ND the moment OSU or the NFL comes calling

Freeman was a great player at OSU back in the day. He was teammates with Luke Fickell, and he’s already surpassed Fickell in coaching acumen as well. I don’t know how long ND can hold onto him because some SEC or B1G teams will pay a lot more for him at some point. But perhaps he’s not strictly driven by the almighty dollar. Who knows

Eh, I just don't get the point of telling outright lies for Internet clout.
If that puts me on the spectrum, then so be it I guess.
